A few weeks ago I was at my husband?€™s family reunion and one of the youngsters there got a bloody nose. His mom said something that gave me the idea that they occur semi-regularly with no known cause.

I realized later that a simple supplement that I use in my practice commonly resolves this problem. Although bloody noses can be caused by infection, anemia, high blood pressure, and other systemic problems, they are usually due to a deficiency of Vitamin C and its related components, such as bioflavonoids.
