I have been wanting to tell you a recent discovery of mine. In the past I have mentioned that Publix carries hormone-free, antibiotic-free beef called Maverick.
More recently I have found that Nature?€™s Food Patch has organic (and sometimes even grass-fed) ground beef available for about the same price as the Maverick (about $5.99 a pound.) You will find it in the refrigerator section, or sometimes in the freezer. There are different brands, some more expensive than others, so look closely.
